It doesnt look too big, but maybe a darker color or something taller with more personality would anchor the wall better?

Add taller lamps, artwork on the walls, and layered bedding! It will all balance out.

You can get an extension cord that has a flat plug. It will allow you to then plug in the other electronics into the extension cord and allow you to move the side table closer while still be flush against the wall. I think this will help if the table is closer.

It’s not. With a puffy comforter it’ll look just right.
