Guillaume Pace is a French professional with 15 years international experience in communication, sales and marketing. He is a French wine specialist who’s run Eiffel Markets for the last 6 years, importing and distributing boutique french wines in Singapore.
Bringing together his knowledge of organic farming and wine making, he has started the Organic Wine Community, a Facebook group which passionately educates its members on what is organic, biodynamic and natural wines, why they are important, how they are made and the positive impact they have on our health and environment. His specialties include food & wine pairing, wine consultancy & wine training for hotels and restaurants, sourcing wines for private and corporate events, organic and biodynamic farming methods, 360° communication, complete sales cycle & customer relationship management.
