Instructions on how to make Butter Chicken Poutine:
Butter Chicken:
– In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee
– Followed by 1 tablespoon of butter
– 2 pounds of chopped chicken breast
– 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
– 1 tablespoon of onion powder
– 2 tablespoons of garam masala
– 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
– 1 tablespoon of chili powder
– 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
– Mix and stir everything together
– Now add 2 cups of chicken stock
– And A cup and a half of tomato sauce
– Mix and stir everything together
– Add salt to taste
– Cover with lid and simmer for 2 hours
– Now you are ready to add 1/2 cup of heavy cream
– Add 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
– Mix and simmer for another 30 minutes
– Add corn starch water mix to thicken the sauce

Poutine Fries:
– First slice 3 Yukon potatoes
– Place potato slices in a bowl
– Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the bowl and mix
– Add salt to taste
– Please potato slices on a baking sheet
– Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes

Assemble Butter Chicken Poutine:
– Place your baked fries at the bottom of the dish
– Topped heavily with mozzarella cheese
– Now add your Butter chicken on top
– You can now drizzle on some yogurt and top with cilantro
