Pork chop calls for something with enough body to stand up to it – I’d go with either the Cabernet or that Malbec from Mendoza. Both would pair really well with the richness of pork, and at those prices you can’t go wrong with either

Trap Rock “Roots” IPA

I’d go with one of the two Chardonnays for a pork chop.
Though I have not tried either on this list.

With those by the glass prices? I’m going beer.
anothadaz
I would go the sancerre or the albariño for white and for red it would be the Malbec or the tempranillo

Bordeaux ‘22. It’s a good year
Klutzy-Client
I would get a dirty gin martini or a beer here. Those prices are ridiculous tbh and it’s a shite list
interrupting-octopus
Rombauer and Caymus as the “featured” white and red for those prices? If it works, you have to respect the hustle I guess

Mary Taylor Bordeaux rouge overdelivers for the money in that lineup

I like the Mar de Frades. It isn’t life changing, but it’s a nice Albariño for $20/bottle. I don’t think I’d shell out $15 for a glass of it, but you do you.
Anyway, I’m going with the Helles for $8.95
KoalaSyrah
Depending on how it’s prepared, I do either the Albarhino or Tuscan, or maybe the Tempranillo.
Skinny-on-the-Inside
You can’t go wrong with a Super Tuscan or a Sancerre.

When in doubt, first glass is always Champagne

I’d probably go with the Mary Taylor Bordeaux, if I had to choose. But really I’d just have water.

This is Trap Rock Brewery in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Not terribly surprising that this brewery doesn’t have a killer wine game. If you want great wine, go check out the Pluckemin Inn
Edit: not Trap Rock
