Hi all! We are thinking of putting a shelving unit in this space in the middle of our place for our turntable/records, some books, etc. Which do you think is a better fit? It's an AI rendering but it's our actual stuff. We have mostly mcm type furniture because we like it, but the condo is an industrial loft.

The first is a Cado system, the second is from CB2. We have similar prices for both. Having a tough time deciding, and any help would be appreciated!

#1- I like the floating look, it gives the illusion of taking up less room

I think the first one goes better with your floor and door as well as I like the wood rails better.

What are the rest of your furnishings like? What style(s)? Or what style(s) are you drawn to? What wood tones? Unless this is the only piece of furniture you have, don’t choose something in isolation. If you really love one of them, choose that one, though.

Both good. Second one blends in more and possibly more practical. Unless you have any cool use for the tilted shelf of the first one?

I prefer the tone of the second one

First one is cooler but has less space

First one. Second one is already a dated style
