Beautiful patisserie, Mille-Feuillet, also known as the Napoleon, is a classic French pasty. Mille-Feuillet means “thousand sheets” or “thousand leaves” in French. I used a quick puff pastry to keep things fast and simple with a rich custard cream filling. For the extra touch, I added wine glazed apples. This dessert has great combination of crispy pastry texture outside with soft and sweet cream custard. It’s a wonderful blend of flavors and texture. This pastry is a perfect sweet treat for your tea time or coffee break. Enjoy! – XOXO
