Gin, bubbly and citrus. It’s a simple serve but one everyone should make and try at least once, I’ve never known someone to dislike them, quite a nice cocktail to get started with Gin if you’re never usually a fan too!

• 45ml Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup
• Top w Sparkling Wine, preferably Champagne
