
We all see breweries shutting down in our cities and we hear about how tough it is for wineries. In Australia we have private supermarkets listed on the stock exchange. In their retail outlets it's said 80% of wine labels sold are made and bottled by them.
Suddenly the wolves in wine labels we are drawn to are broke. I'm guessing US brands are going to get truth in reality of what Tanks, Bottling assets are really worth too. It's not millions on a spreadsheet it's similar to your local brewery who can't sell enough products.
Time to make alco pop seltzers to pay the rent.

Great little article.
Well, the US wine retail prices are artificially inflated. If we ditched the assinine triple-tier system, prices would drop by half. The whole prohibition repeal was full of racist, anti-competitive language which has no relevence in the 21st centruy.
