I have extracted this video short from my tasting of an en-primeur sample of La Dame de Trotte Vieille 2025. The wine is the second wine of Chateau Trotte Vieille a Saint Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classe (class B). My reason for recording this video was the fact that in 2025 the aromatic expressions of a number of second wines was exceptional and this was a good example of that. Being less dense than the estate’s first wine La Dame has been able to let her perfumes express themselves – this is a very attractive aromatic wine.
