I purchased this for 98 Eur + duties and shipping when visiting the domaine in 2017. That was certainly a good deal in retrospect. The wine shows dried and slightly crunchy red fruits (red cherry, strawberry, raspberry), a little cola, desiccated flowers, moss, savory (soy sauce), allspice, toasted ceder, dried leaves, tobacco and leather. The 2014 vintage was a cooler one, and that translates here in a fairly hightoned wine w/ aromatic lift, lively acid, and chalky tannins, but less fruit concentration on the palate. There is a vibrant energy but thin fruit that defines this wine. I wouldnt' age it any further.
