I wanted a plant and got this delivered from FBM. Didn’t realize the pot was so big. I feel like it looks too heavy for this shelf. Nowhere else to put it. Should I get rid of it?
What should I get instead?

And what to do about the rest of the wall – maybe some art?..
This mirror is kind of random here but I’ve had for a while and but don’t want get rid of it, it makes me happy.

Also a rug and not sure what I want it.
Thinking with some olive green but can’t find anything i like

Get rid of the mirror, put it in your bedroom maybe. Plant is just fine. speakers need placing properly. No rug. Another plant near the columns maybe? Enjoy the peace. I would get rid of the books and have something funky/arty or a cool bowl of some kind, lean into your minimalism. Not a fan of that lamp but I assume it is cheap and that is why it is there.

Put the mirror somewhere else. It’s awkward in the corner.

The plant could go on a low plant stand by the window.

def get a rug with some colour and a pattern for more interest.

The tv console (?) looks like it needs legs. Did it come with any?

    Hello!
    Here’s a few Ideas 😀
-for the mirror, you should hang it on the wall where it already is, it will fill up the space on the wall more
-you should add an accent color with the decorations, the plain ivory doesnt make it cozy if that’s what you’re going for
-you could add a rectangular rug
-you could add a throw blanket on the couch with similar colors as the rug
-you should add a warm light source to add a cozier vibe
-I think a small plant could be nice

In my opinion, you shouldn’t add art on the wall since there’s not a lot of space for it, it would be visually overwhelming the wall, simply hanging the mirror will fill up the space more it would make a good upgrade I think!

Get a rug that you love and put the plant on the ground overlapping the window a bit. Add as much art as you can if the walls must remain white. The white walls, white couch and white shades are making a lot of the real estate bland.

You need some pops of color, you could do some fun pillows or a rug
