Recently I've taken interest in wine history and culture. Until now I never really drank wine "appreciatively", only when younger for the booze. Today I decided to get this wine and try to really feel the flavors. Very enjoyable. I maybe mistaken, but I believe I can taste the notes its time on the oak barrel left because some flavour notes remind me the sweet and vanilla that I taste in some whiskies that are barrel aged.
