ZUPPA DI CIPOLLE
INGREDIENTS:
(doses for 4 people)
700 g onions, 200 g flour, 100 g butter, 250 g bread
A glass of dry white wine, 2 cubes of broth, 6 tablespoons of oil
Salt, pepper and grated parmesan
PREPARATION:
Sauté the butter and onions in the oil, then season with salt and pepper
Add the flour and let it dry
Pour the wine, one and a half liters of broth and mix
Cook for about 2 hours
Pour the soup over the slices of bread previously baked
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve
