Introducing Rebel Cheese, the first vegan cheese and wine shop in Austin, Texas. For this space, we created a “Modern French Bistro” vibe. Follow along as Kim takes you on a tour of the new shop, sharing some tips on restaurant design, some of her favorite vendors, and even a couple challenges they discovered along the way.
