Recently moved into a new home and I'm looking for some help!

Image 2: What I have in mind
Image 3: What I thought my style was. I typed in "Dark Academia" as I enjoy old architecture/gothic styles but now I'm not certain what direction to take. I really do like how clean image 2 looks but I feel like it could be elevated somehow!

I like #2 but think you still need a large rug that covers the seating area. I also think the bench by the window isn’t needed and looks a little out of place here. I think the mirror with the curved top could be swapped with impactful art in that spot. This rug would pull together your furniture colors, and has a lighthearted pattern.

#2 looks awesome but use a larger rug.

I love #3 honestly but I’m a bit of a design maximalist. I would absolutely love to sit & read a book in room 3. 2 looks clean but it’s a little sterile just for my personal preference
The 1st the second option is maximalist to me
Blue and yellow is a classic color combo! Also, I think ikea sells wall shelving more similar to the reference photos that you could use peel n stick wallpaper on and/or to add depth to the room!
