I live in the upper midwest, so when it's summertime I like to spend as much time outside as possible. But I just moved into a new apartment building and have NO privacy out on my new balcony. I feel like all of my neighbors are watching me whenever I'm outside.
I was thinking of putting a lattice with vines over the railing, but my cat loves watching the bunnies outside during the day so I don't want to block her view and take away her enrichment.
Any other ideas on how to make my balcony a little more private?

could you do a lattice but with sections removed/cut outs from the bottom? that way the cat view isn’t restricted but you’ll be covered (hopefully i’m explaining that properly!)
Curtain rod with some white curtain sheers or maybe some bamboo straw? Plants that hang if the weather / management allows that?
