This one has that classic ripe fruit sweetness that really balances out the salt and spice of the pizza. It’s got enough body to handle a greasy slice but stays smooth enough to keep drinking after the box is empty.
If you’re looking for a solid Australian red that isn’t just a straight Shiraz, this is a great shout!
