This quick dinner is ready in just 15 minutes, and super healthy to boot for all age group especially diet people.

2 tbsp cooking oil
Chopped Garlic 1tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1tsp
Onion 2tbsp
Fr. Red chilly 1nos slice
2-3 heads broccoli, cut into florets
1 Pak choy, cut into thin slices
5-6 French Bean’s, cut into long slice
1/4 Bell peppers, cut into thin slices
Small juchini, cut into thin slices
2 baby corn, cut into thin slices
3 spring onions, sliced
1 tsp Light soya
4 drop roasted sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
4 drop cooking rice wine
1/4 tsp white pepper

METHOD

Heat a large wok over a slow heat, when the wok is get heat add oil, then garlic fry until golden brown then add Ginger,onion,chilly fry for 30 seconds.

Add the vegetables one by one then cook for 3-4 minutes over a high flame, stirring continuesly, or until soft and slightly coloured.

Add the seasonings, salt, soya, sugar, fry for another 2 minutes, then add spring onions and sesame oil, sake(rice wine).

Just garnish with coriander or spring onions, your dish is ready for eat.
