I think I'm happy with the bed under the window. Tried few other positions, but this feels natural to the rooms layout.
But not sure what to do with the alcove. The wardrobes that are in there, came with the flat when we bought it and we'll sell them eventually.
Right now they feel like they don't belong there. Especially together with the shelfs.
Grateful for any ideas, radical ones included.

With that shelving, it looks like it’s meant to be a reading nook. Books, lamp, comfy chair, ect. It might be a good place to put your desk if you’re not looking for a reading spot.
The alternative would be to hang a curtain just inside the arch to block it off and install a clothing rod so you can use it as a closet space.
