Brut is a French/Flemish word that defines the latest work of Faux Fur. It may be defined both as harsh and crude. In Flemish it is used to describe force and violence yet in French its use is reserved for wine and champagne to describe an unrefined state. Likewise this project is infused with those two ideas. It is the product of a change in process. An electronic sound broken down and ripened through hardware only to be rebuild in a new form. Creating a heavy yet confined futuristic design.
