Tasting notes
Wine – White wine of the Côte de Gascogne. The aroma is fruity, peachy and stone fruits. It’s a dry wine. Peachy taste, nice finish without bitterness.
Cheese – Cheddar with applewood smoke flavour, the cheese itself has a nice texture and decent taste.
The smokiness of the wine works quite well with the fruityness of the wine.
