Got given this bottle of red from a client. I have no clue what is is because it’s all in French and I don’t even know if it’s safe to drink any help would be appreciated
Yes it’s safe to drink, no it’s not valuable, but I’d still open it with a nice meal and it might be quite interesting to try (but make sure you have a second bottle in reserve in case this one is dead).

Room temperature cupboard is a hard no, but it is always safe to consume. You‘ll realize if it does not taste good anyway.
St Emilion is from Bordeaux and Château Franc Bories is a rather affordable one, so chances for this being still enjoyable are low. Give it a try anyway.
