Tasting at Cave des Voyageurs in Lyon 5th area, one of the best wine bar in town especially if you are looking for old vintages.
Tasting notes: a very refined semi-dry Chenin, more elegant than powerful, named after its cellar. 12 g/L of residual sugar, barely noticeable thanks to its remarkable freshness! A note of oxydation but controlled.
