Medium+/high acidity, medium— body. Long finish. Excellent 11.5% alcohol.
I don't want to offend the Corpinnat people with comparisons, but it's truly like some kind of really cool Champagne. However, suffice it to say that this is a magnificent sparkling wine. 145 months on lees!!!
