Ingredients for the Chicken a la moutarde (watch the video for technique and rough measures, it’s only cooking don’t be scared lol 😂 x)
olive oil
Mustard (whole grain Dijon, i used colemans too, what ever mustard you prefer)
Bay leaf and Thyme
butter
Bacon lardons
chicken legs/thighs, breast whatever you like (remove skin)
Shallots (2 per leg of chicken)
white onion
fennel bulb (optional)
star anise (to your taste)
salt/pepper (to your taste)
Mushrooms (optional)
Chicken stock, make up one stock cube to instructions make the sauce the consistency you prefer (or veg, up to you)
Belotti beans (or any white beans, could add small waxy potatoes, best served with mash potatoes though)
double cream/creme fresh
White wine
Garlic (loads of!)
