We’re continuing to live our best lives in Lyon where Michelle has classes and excursions everyday while Dan explores the city on his own. We have found a routine in cooking our own lunch in our apartment and going out to try various cuisines for dinner. We also find time to do morning walks and grab breakfast every morning while carving out time in the evening for date nights.
In this vlog, Michelle is taken to various places outside of Lyon as part of her immersion program. She’s first taken to a vineyard in Beaujolais where the owner graciously hosts her class. They’re taken on a tour of their distillery, treated to amazing views of wine country, and served a multi-course home-cooked meal paired with the vineyard’s wine. Later in the week, Michelle and her class were taken to Annecy where they walked the quaint streets and took a ferry out on the crystal clear lake for breathtaking views of the French Alps.
Sadly, our time in Lyon had come to an end but our adventure continues as we head back up north to Paris!
