Ingredients:
Qureshi Jam-e-Shirin – 1/2 cup
Whipped sweetened cream – 2 cups
Strawberries – 1 1/2 cups
Gelatin – 1 tablespoon
Method:
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute until fully dissolved.
Now add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Then pour the mixture into a small serving bowl and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
After that, take it out of the bowl, garnish with cream and strawberries, and serve.
