Emile Konig, the son of Gerhardt Konig, took the stand on Tuesday against his father Gerhardt Konig. Gerhardt is accused of attempting to kill his wife while the two were on a hike in Honolulu. According to investigators, Dr. Konig allegedly pushed his wife toward a cliff, tried to inject her with a syringe, and struck her repeatedly with a lava rock. Emile discussed several phone calls he had with his father on the day of the alleged incident.

The state attorneys aren’t the best. He seems disoragnized and fumbling over his words. Justice was served so I guess they did something right

Lawyer lying “ I didn’t ask that” oh yes, you did, Mr. and all your questions were leading and just suggestive, and just repeated what was already said, so you are lucky that the state attorney did not always say act and answered in an objection which is what you did to him when it was his first turn
