The visionary owner Aimé Guilbert created this winery literally out of nothing in a time when wines from this region Languedoc were sold in bulk and completely insipid. 👑
His vision was to create a Grand Cru wine that could stand up against the great wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône etc… 🙌
In the end, he succeeded and now this winery and wines stand amongst the greats in the world! 🌍
The Rouge is around 75% Cabernet every year and has another dozen or so varieties blended into the mix. The Blanc also follows this kitchen sink blend formula! 🍇 . If you haven’t had this wine go and find a bottle!🍷
