Pancit Canton is an all time favorite of Filipinos.

Ingredients:
Chicken legs
Cabbage
Carrot
French beans
Salt and pepper
PANCIT CANTON
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce

Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and soak on fresh milk for 5 minutes to remove the bad smell of chicken.
2. Blanch all the vegetables in to boiling water for 2 minutes and transfer into a ice water to preserve the crunchiness of the vegetables.
3. Saute onion until golden brown, the add garlic until golden brown. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes until brown.
4. Then add some water, salt and pepper, oyster sauce and let it boil then add the PANCIT CANTON.
5.After the PANCIT CANTON become soft add all the vegetables and mix thoroughly and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Ready to serve.
