Chocolate stuffed french toast because why not 🤭

I love a good french toast, especially when it’s thick and super soft inside. I’ve been craving this for a bit and finally made it.

I know it’s usually a breakfast or brunch thing here, but for me it’s always felt more like dessert. Maybe it’s a Korea thing, but I remember a lot of cafes serving french toast, pancakes and waffles more like desserts, with lots of whipped cream (they really love cream lol), ice cream, and all the toppings.

And when it comes to dessert, I always love when there’s some kind of filling. The bread was so thick that I knew there had to be a way… so I cut a little pocket and stuffed chocolate inside and it worked so well.

It turns super soft and custardy inside with melted chocolate in the middle, and all the toppings on top just make it even better.

This is definitely going to be my go-to whenever I’m craving french toast 🤭
