I've stayed at The Aria countless times but I have yet to eat a meal here at Bardot. I need to do that when I'm back in town!

A very under-rated restaurant in my opinion. My wife and I stumbled upon it after thinking we could just walk in with no reservation to its neighbor Carbone.
I watched so many of your videos. I think this one takes the cake. First I thought menu was ridiculously small and limited. But then!! It’s always said do a few things great and you’ll have a hit. Your superlatives and facial expressions said it all. It seems everything was great except just a few things. Did that dessert serve 4-6 it certainly looked like it could and bread pudding stuffing an ingenious twist. I’m gonna try that. Good job sir!!
We all struck gold today. First and foremost, that famous “Shin Grin” has returned. All the entrees looked absolutely outstanding. Sign me up for that Beef Wellington please! Thank you so much Shin, you made my day!! Looking at the bill, I’d say it’s worth it. I would eat there any day. See you next week my friend!!
Hi Shin, I just had to ask…..does the lady at the table with you not want to be in the video? I know it’s all about the food but it’s nice to have company. This whole meal and experience was absolutely amazing and delicious, except for the first two appetizers, not a fan, but everything else looked so very well prepared and delicious. Congratulations. This was a tasting you richly deserved. Everything looked delicious and has made me ravenous. The fact that they actually stack all the macaroni vertically is just another example of how meticulously their food is prepared. Glad to see you finally hit a Jackpot of a restaurant.

The stuffing looked like on its own is worth the price of admission. Not into French Restaurants but this one looks really good.

We’ve been there for brunch and it was so good! The French toast with foie gras was amazing! We will have to go back next trip and have dinner there. Most beef wellingtons pale in comparison to Ramsay’s. I’ve quit ordering them at other places because I’ve been disappointed. But this one sounds wonderful!
VWS: What Fabulous restaurant. Everything looked cooked to perfection and reminded of when I lived in London eating regularly at French restaurants. The Onion Soup 🍲 and Escargot were my favorite starters ( I use to love the Escargot at Steak & Ale [you are probably too young to remember that restaurant]). For the Mains I would definitely order that Cheeseburger 🍔 or the Fish 🐟 both were a mouth watering wow for me.

The look on your face says it all. I went there and had the French onion soup and the flounder and was blown away. The bread is everything wonderful in the world. I can't say enough to telling people that Bardot should be one of the restaurants you should go to while visiting Vegas.

Great review Shin. Hubs and I have been to Bardot B a couple of years ago and now your review makes us want to try it again. The croissant crusted fish looked amazing as did the beef Wellington. We've had that dish at Hell's Kitchen before so we're really looking forward to trying it here. Keeping smiling and reviewing. Always enjoy your videos. ❤

The cheese in the royale with cheese is raclette cheese. The Mac n cheese dish "gratinee" has béchamel, mozzarella, and parmigiano topped with breadcrumbs. Glad you enjoyed.
I would pass on the appetizers but the rest of the menu looks wonderful.
Mister Shin! My favorite foodie in Vegas. I have a request; could you, WOULD YOU, please go and review the new Yacht Club restaurant at Treasure Island Hotel? Allow me to explain. That restaurant space has changed names a few times since 2022: It WAS the Seafood Shack,🏺 THEN it was renamed The Yacht Club, THEN in 2025, it reopened as The Ace Dragon Wok in September last year. It was shuttered after less than five months in business. DTM attended the soft opening with Steve Fine Dining on 09/01/2025. It has NOW reopened (again) as The Yacht Club. 🥩🫕🥗 Thank you for what you do.

Hii Shin! I am not usually a big fan of French restaurants, but this one looked in particular really great. I don’t think I saw a dish that I wouldn’t like. As always, it’s super expensive on the strip. I wonder how long these prices will continue to last as they’ve just been going up and up and up since Covid. The steak tartare had kind of an off putting color, at least on camera. Be interested to hear your take on Gordon Ramsey. I think what you see in the US is almost all show. Yes, he studied under Marco Pierre White so that’s where the brashness comes out but if I’ve ever watched any of his shows on the BBC network you see a different person
