Ingredient :
Potatoes : 600G.
Corn Starch : 3 tbsp (90G)
Chili powder: 1/2 tsp.
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Cooking Oil: 40 ml.
Oil, water…
**Tip**
* Boil potatoes for 15 minutes until cooked
* Mashed potatoes.
* Mix spices and parsley with potatoes
* Create a circle
* Fry with cooking oil at the lowest temperature and increase to 160°C
* Fry 7 minutes.
