Yes absolutely! As a Canadian who is an earnest Francophile, my husband and I recently purchased a villa with a sea view in Vallauris, just 6 kms from Cannes. It is currently being renovated. But had we seen this stunning penthouse first, perhaps we would have chosen it instead. It is absolutely stunning and very elegant.
