🥗✈️ Chicken Fattoush On The Go
Fresh, crunchy, and packed for takeoff—because airport food could never 😌🔥
Salad
• 4 c romaine lettuce 🥬
• 1 c cucumbers 🥒
• 1 c tomatoes 🍅
• 2–3 large radishes
• 1/2 c parsley 🌿
• 1/2 c purple cabbage
• 1/4 c green onions
Fattoush Dressing
• 1 c olive oil
• 1/2 c lemon juice
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp sumac
• 1 tbsp garlic sauce or 2 cloves fresh garlic
• 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
• 1 tsp oregano or za’atar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (stabilizer)
➡️ Blend well + store in a mason jar, use as needed.
Grilled Chicken
• 2 lb chicken breast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp Vegeta seasoning
➡️ Season, grill until juicy + golden, then slice.
Toss it all together or keep it separate for travel and mix when ready 🧳✨

I feel the boiling water goes down in temperature immediately and doesn’t really sanitize.
I'm the person in the family that cooks large meals on a daily,so I can make this comment. "That lemon juice is horrible" & has a bad after taste,maybe its hard to tell because of all the seasoning but its a hard no. Try Lakewood Organic Pure Lemon Juice its cold press,none concentrated with no added preservatives & its taste amazing.
Why don't you get a steamer instead of pouring hot water and using all sorts of chemicals.
