No stress. No peeling. Just pure comfort in one air fryer basket.
Let’s be honest — after a long day, who wants to cook? But THIS? This hits different.

Ingredients
• Frozen French fries 🍟 – 400g
• Bacon 🥓 – 80g
• Cheddar blend 🧀 – 120g (Triple cheddar mix)
• Red onion 🧅 – 1 medium (sliced)
• Jalapeño 🌶️ – 1 (cut into thick rings)
• Fresh dill 🌿 – small bunch, finely chopped

How I made it:
1. I got home, tossed off my shoes, grabbed that air fryer.
2. No need to peel potatoes — I dumped in 400g of frozen fries right into the basket.
3. Sliced up a juicy red onion and a bold jalapeño. No gloves. Full flavor.
4. Tore open a pack of bacon, chopped it up and threw it straight on top.
5. Covered the mountain in cheese like I meant it.
6. Air fryer French fries mode 200°C.
7. After 10 minutes, I flipped everything with a fork.
8. Added more cheese (because, of course), and back in for 10.
9. Topped it with fresh dill… and bro, the smell almost made me cry.

Could I improve this next time?
Yup.
Next time I’ll pre-fry the bacon in the pan or microwave to get it crispy and less greasy. Maybe even sauté the onion till it’s golden first. But the taste? Already elite.
Wanna level it up? Add a spoon of Greek yogurt or sour cream right before serving. You’re welcome.

Would YOU add a hot sauce? Or go ranch?
Too much cheese — or never enough?
