French 75 in POV — a classic that proves sparkling cocktails can still feel sharp, structured, and elegant.
In this video, you’ll see how to build a proper French 75 step by step: gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar, a cold shake, a clean strain, and the final lift of sparkling wine. Crisp, bright, dry, and dangerously easy to drink.
POV format makes this especially useful because you see the real hand movements, glass handling, shake, pour control, and final build exactly from the bartender’s perspective — closer to how you actually learn behind the bar.
A cocktail with roots tied to early 20th-century bar culture, French 75 became famous for its mix of freshness, structure, and champagne elegance. Light in appearance, but with real backbone.

Absolutely gorgeous! The French 75 is one of my favorites, especially with that absinthe rinse. Your pouring is absolutely hypnotic, keep up the great work man!
Why in throwing?
These shorts make me wanna hit up a bar to try all sorts of cocktails mate, loving it
A French 75 is one of my favorite drinks. I’ve never seen it prepared this way as in thrown back and forth like this. Always had it shaken. This would be nice to try but I’d feel awkward asking the bartender to throw instead of shake 😅
