✳️ Ingredients for Bread:
16 Slices 40 Cal Keto Bread, Diced

✳️ Ingredients for French Toast Soak:
360mL (1 1/2 Cup) Almond Milk
288mL (1 Cup + 2 tbsp) Egg Whites
170g (3/4 Cup) Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
48g (1/4 Cup) Granulated Sugar Substitute
16g (2 tbsp) PB Fit Powder

✳️ Ingredients for Topping (*optional – to taste*):
Peanut Butter Drizzle
Peanut Butter Chips
Cool Whip

✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grab a mixing bowl. Add ingredients for French toast soak. Mix well.
2. Grab large glass baking dish. Spray with cooking spray (I used avocado oil). Add bread on bottom layer, followed by French toast soak, then toppings (*optional*).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes with aluminum foil then 30 minutes without aluminum foil. Split French toast in 10 servings. Then enjoy!
