• Cottage cheese – 400 g (14 oz)
• Egg – 1 pc
• Powdered sugar – 20 g (0.7 oz)
For brushing / topping:
• Egg – 1 pc
• Milk – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
• Flour – 30 g (1.1 oz)
• Sugar – 30 g (1.1 oz)
• Soft butter – 30 g (1.1 oz)
Refreshing drink:
• Kiwi – 2 pcs
• Green apple – 1 pc
• Sugar – 20 g (0.7 oz)
• Water – 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
