Peter and I did not want to waste this opportunity to blind taste them and share the Behind-the-Scenes with our Members!

Hi Members,
피터쌤께서 시라 테이스팅을 해보고 싶어하셔서, 엘과 시라 품종에 관한 영상을 찍으려고 피터쌤 댁에 방문을 했습니다.
영상 촬영 전에, 블라인드 테이스팅을 해보자 하셔서, 멤버분들과 비하인드씬 느낌으로 짧게 찍어봤어요.
교육 영상은 다음주 쯤에 편집이 마무리 될것 같습니다!
Cornas 같은 경우는 마굿간같은 향이 지배적이었는데, 2-3 시간 지나면서부터 과실향이 올라와서 정말 맛있어졌어요. 셰이퍼는 촬영 당시에는 누룽지같은 향이 강하게 났었는데, 다음날 먹었보니, 여러 복합적인 향과 과실도 살아나서 맛있게 먹었습니다.
블라인드로 하다보니 와인들을 다 뽕따로 시음을 했는데, 구독자분들은 시라 드실땐 충분히 에어링 될 시간을 주고 먹으면 더 좋은 경험을 하실 수 있겠다는 생각을 해봤습니다.

Seems like a poor showing from the syrah (relative to price) a shame. Would have loved a walla walla Washington or Paso Robles syrah as those are my favorite in the US

Koff not enthused 😀 Yeah, they seemed overpriced. I had an excellent 94-95pt Hermitage this Christmas. It was 70-80 bucks and probably better than all of these, and I live in a high cost country. So something's definitely off with those prices.
This is the second video I watch with this master of wine. I feel like the host is a better taster than the master…. Never to watch the MW. Video again….

Actually, Jancis Robinson's 18 point is nowhere close to Parker, Suckling or anyone's 90. More like 95.
Of all her scoring a very small percentage goes over 17.5. Idk if someone has the correct numbers but I remember her standard deviation from somewhere. Maybe Konstantin Baum?
