“F*ck the Eiffel Tower… French food sucks.”

“F*ck the Eiffel Tower… French food sucks. I think people really need to go to Asia. Go to Hong Kong! Everyone speaks English there. It’s a beautiful city, some of the best food you’ll ever have in the world.. Street food to like the best Michelin stars.” – Jimmy O. Yang

  1. I agree with everything Jimmy said apart from the speaking English part. As someone who has been living in Hong Kong for 15 years rhe standard of English for the average person here was already pretty low and now with the influence of the Mainland it’s getting worse. Of course well to do people and those that live in high society speak good English but you try speaking English with someone at a wet market or even a taxi driver. Forget it.
It also helps that Jimmy speaks Cantonese and I do not.
Finally, it was impossible to get tickets to see his special. 8 shows and the bots had them sold out in 1 minute.
He did corporate gigs here but you have to know someone to get a ticket for that.

  2. He took $ to go to Hong Kong. The govs been handing out $ since the protests.

  3. Los Angeles might as well be a 3rd world country I lived there in the 90’s when the terminator a republican governor ran it and it was glorious. Went back in 2018 and it was the filthiest city in the country I have ever been to and I’ve been around half the country. LA is not the place to get introduced to America 😂

  4. Who not going to Hong Kong for pasta?? Love me a good stir fry with noodles. Shannon don’t know what he talking about. Jimmy should show him.

  5. Listen I am French and let me tell you our food is not upto par with Asian food – whether that is Chinese, Japanese or Indian or Srilankan – asian food is just so much flavourful and incredible.

  6. Of course the hotel service there is awesome, if they say no to you about any request, they die

  7. This guy is talking nonsense. He's come to France for the first time, he knows nothing about the culture or the food, and he criticizes.

  8. He’s right!

I’ve always heard from everyone that I know that’s been to Paris the same 2 things:
    1. Too expensive/ over priced
    2. Food isn’t good

But I’ve always heard good stuff about south of France from people!

  9. Went to Hong Kong on deployment 2014. Top three places I’ve been so far. First time I saw a Nike commercial playing on the side of a skyscraper 🔥

  10. Just don't become a citizen because
Under China's current currency laws, a Chinese citizen is allowed to make only a single outgoing transfer of $50,000 USD per person annually
