So when I see these types of recipes, I wonder if other people have the same experience. I even made the viral cabbage steaks. 😅 it was so delicious but my stomach felt like it was going to explode. 😂
TOAST THE PEPPERCORNS BEFORE GRINDING THEM!! And grind them mere minutes before you plan to put them in the sauce. Not toasting the peppercorns for an au poivre sauce is like not browning the meat before stewing or not caramelising the onions for onion soup.
I never even knew that algae oil was a thing, and I thought I was pretty educated about nutrition! 😂 Thanks!! 🥰 I've been looking for a higher heat alternative to olive oil.
