  1. Now, the comment about the restaurant… I've been to some fancy af vegetarian and vegan restaurants in Paris, I think especially the one that changes their cart depending on seasonal goods might actually make this at one point.
    Besides that, that food you just made looks really yummy.

  5. This looks delicious!!❤ I love cabbage every since I was a kid, cabbage and broccoli has been my favorite vegetable. But for some reason when I eat it now, my stomach hurts for 2 days. So when I see these types of recipes, I wonder if other people have the same experience. I even made the viral cabbage steaks. 😅 it was so delicious but my stomach felt like it was going to explode. 😂

  6. TOAST THE PEPPERCORNS BEFORE GRINDING THEM!! And grind them mere minutes before you plan to put them in the sauce. Not toasting the peppercorns for an au poivre sauce is like not browning the meat before stewing or not caramelising the onions for onion soup.

  10. It's about 6 bucks worth of ingredients that could be on a fancy menu for $35 a plate. And I would order it!
