Slow Cooker French Onion Potatoes 🥔🧅✨
A rich, cozy side dish made with tender potatoes and savory onion flavor—simple, comforting, and always a hit.
Ingredients:
5–6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
½ cup beef broth (or water)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Add the diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
2. Pour the condensed French onion soup over the potatoes.
3. Add beef broth and dot the top with butter.
4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Cover and cook on:
• LOW for 5–6 hours or
• HIGH for 3–4 hours
6. Once potatoes are tender, stir gently.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover, and let it melt for 10–15 minutes.
