Three Types Potato Fry
Ingredients:-
Potatoes – 1 Kg
Curry Leaves – 1 Bunch
Chilli Powder – 3 Tsp
Garlic – 10 Cloves
Turmeric – 1 Tsp
Coconut Powder – 10 g
Urad Dal – 1 Tsp
Chana Dal 1 Tsp
Red Chillies – 2
Mustard seed – 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Hing – 1 Tsp
Salt – As Required
Oil – For Deep fry

Potato Simple Fry:-
Firstly take a hot water in a pan and boil potatoes for sometime. Now remove them from hot water and let it dry for a minute.Then deep fry it in hot oil till they turn crunchy. In the last add curry leaves and green chillies and remove it from oil. In a tossing pan add some red chilli powder and salt and finish it off.
Lashun Aloo Kukure:-
Cut the potatoes thin and length wise and deep fry them till they turn crispy. Now add Crushed garlic, Green Chillies once it is fried remove it from into a toss plate and add crushed jeera, coconut powder, chilli powder and mix it well.
Potato Tempering Fry:-
Heat some oil in a pan add potatoes and fry it for some time.Then add Red chillies, chana dal,Urad Dal,Turmeric,Hing,Cumin seed,Mustard seeds and fry it for some more time.
