French Onion Dip

Ingredients:
2 Cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2 Onions Diced
½ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Sweetener
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Green Onions

Instructions:
1. On a medium-low heat, spray your pan and caramelize 2 diced onions. Stir occasionally until it browns.
2. Feel free to add water to deglaze the bottom of the pan if the onions start to dry out and stick.
3. Combine the following ingredients: 2 Cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt, Caramelized Onions, ½ Tsp Garlic Powder, ½ Mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Sweetener, Sliced Green Onions, 1 Tsp Salt and mix.
4. Serve with your favourite pita chips or veggies for less calories and enjoy!
