  1. Looks sold! I’ve been using Gruyère a lot lately. It’s become one of my fav all purpose cheeses!

  2. I been doin this for years. Use to take a ladle full from the line and add some flour and butter in a pan and its the best gravy ever on chicken. Wow, I finally see someone else do this. I love it!!

  4. I'll skip the cheese, sorry. I know it's similar to how a French onion soup is topped, but I'll pass. The rest looks amazing 🙂
    I mostly hate cheese, with rare exceptions, and it seems to be added to everything on YT.
