Even this year we are back talking about recommendations for Easter, interesting and structured reds to accompany the classic meats such lamb or beef!
This year we move West, so different countries and grapes from last year, to discover other regions that produce great wines for the purpose!

In the end we are talking about some of most famous red grapes from France, Spain and Portugal!
With modern winemaking and more focus on terroir, you can make different style of wines even from same grape, that is also an important point especially with warmer summers!
