• 2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 cup soaked sabudana (soft, non-sticky)
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander
• 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Sendha namak as per taste

Shape into fries → deep fry on medium flame till golden crispy
