We went from hand-cut steak tartare, onion soup and buttery snails to leeks with fried shallots, sirloin with their secret sauce, baked potato with shallot cream and crispy skin salmon over creamy leeks. Then finished strong with crêpes suzette flambéed tableside and profiteroles drenched in warm chocolate.
