That food looked amazing, apart from the escargot. I have tried it and did not like them. France does some gorgeous food.
I hope you also tried Laperouse, La Maison du Caviar, Le Restaurant (within the exquisite Hotel Costes) and Langosteria (within the Cheval Blanc, which might be the best hotel in Paris) 🙂
